I bought my dress here!!! I loved my experience at White of Raleigh. I came in looking for a very specific dress, which I knew they had, and the entire experience was stress-free and upbeat. I had previously bought a gown at NY Bride and Groom – which I later regretted and sold (I wrote a review for that too, feel free to check it out if you’re on the fence about where to go). My wedding got postponed due to covid-19, and I felt strongly that I wanted to get a new dress.
My experience at WoR was a true 5-star experience in comparison to NY Bride and Groom. I was the only one in the store with the manager, they offered champagne, I got to peruse the dresses and try whichever I wanted on. It was best in class.
I did not feel rushed at all. I think I was there for 2 hours, too. I came alone, and the manager had a great disarming demeanor — which made it really easy to talk to her, bounce ideas off of her, and ask all the questions.
I have no doubt the dresses they have may be a bit pricey. Mine was. But they were able to price match for me – which helped a lot.
I can’t wait to pick up my dress at the end of this year!

Quaint Bridal salon with elegance and grace. Wonderful first experience for my daughter. The manager was so sweet and very helpful in choosing the gowns that suited her taste. There was never a time where she felt pressured or pushed to make a decision, but rather encouraged to express how she felt in the dress. I love the way the manager was patient and kind throughout the entire 2 hours that we were there. She even complimented the gowns with different veils to help give a beautiful finished touch. I love the how she handed my daughter a silk bouquet to hold to get the complete bridal look while I snapped pictures with my phone. I would highly recommend this bridal shop to any new bride. I actually believe my daughter has found her perfect dress here today.
