Our story started with a simple but unforgettable moment—our founder, Heather DiMasi, fell in love with the magic of a small bridal boutique while shopping for her own wedding dress. That personalized, intimate experience left a lasting impression, sparking her dream to create something just as special for other brides.
Heather took a leap of faith, leaving her career as a lawyer to open White Bridal Boutiques in Dublin, Ohio, in 2011. The boutique quickly became known for its luxurious atmosphere, open-stock gowns, and warm, personalized service. Brides from Columbus, Central Ohio, and beyond were captivated by the relaxed yet elegant shopping experience Heather had worked so hard to create.
Driven by her passion for providing every bride with the perfect experience, Heather expanded her vision in 2016 with the opening of Emerald & Oak Bridal, a boutique specializing in off-the-rack wedding dresses for those seeking designer beauty without the wait.

In 2019, Heather brought her dream to North Carolina by opening a second White Bridal Boutique location in Raleigh. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the Raleigh boutique flourished, offering the same unparalleled service and stunning gown selection that brides have come to love.

I want to say to Moira, Lacey, and Molly – a sincere thank you for the incredible EXPERIENCE that you created for my sister. You created a fun and safe space for my sister to be able to visualize herself as a beautiful bride and…. SHE SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!!! You made her feel so special, beautiful, and most importantly cared for in the moment! The staff were always genuine in their warmth and excitement for us. It made us feel grateful to be around people who were celebrating this magical moment with us and engaging with what my sister envisioned, while also giving really good and realistic feedback. Molly even got out an extension cord, let me borrow a phone charger, and pulled over a chair so I could keep taking pictures. The pure definition of going above and beyond to really make this a special day for us. I plan on coming here when it’s my time to shine! Truly a wonderful experience. The staff were all so charming and fun!!

Molly and Moira were absolutely incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable and so attentive. Molly expertly picked dresses for me that were respectful of my budget and exactly what I was looking for. I can’t wait to go back and place my final order. I went to White of Raleigh as my first experience trying on wedding dresses. I spoke with Molly on the phone beforehand, and she was very reassuring that the process would be fun and to help me figure out what I like. For covid precautions, we had the entire boutique to ourselves and wore masks the entire time. The staff was so patient and helpful. They listened to me when I figured out what I didn’t like and would pivot directions to find a style I loved. While I didn’t end up getting my dress from here, I’d recommend this experience to any brides trying on dresses for the first time!
